Creatures That Once Were Men Maxim Gorky 9781542558822 Books Reviews

If you enjoy Mr Buchan, this is one to read. Not my favorite by any means, but it's part of a solid body of work. I lost interest or focus - not sure which sometimes. Still, glad I got it and read it. This author is amazing.
Good
I generally enjoy the works of Gorki; however I could not get interested in this story or the characters. I reccomend his other works
Love the writing style and the look into the different lives of the men in the house and how they were discribed
A classic. Some fantasy. Fine writing!
The Moon Endureth shows Buchan's amazing ability to write in many different genres, but always managing to create sensational plots. He is a little analogous to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in that everything he wrote is great reading. Ricardo Silverburn, children's author
